70cl - One of Monin's most interesting and unusual nut syrups, this chestnut flavour is modelled on the popular French chestnut sweet Marron Glacé and has a touch of creamy vanilla. Great with coffee and also recommended with Belgian white beers.

100cl / 40% - A litre bottle of top-class super-smooth connoisseur's Russian vodka, Beluga.

75cl / 43% - An old bottle of Old Overholt Rye Whiskey. We estimate that this was bottled some time in the 1980s.

75cl / 47% - A special limited edition bottling of Jack Daniel's Single Barrel produced in conjunction with Ducks Unlimited, a US Waterfowl conservation charity. It's packaged in a metal tin with a pair of branded glasses, a stopper featuring the Ducks logo and a special Ducks Unlimited neck tag.

70cl / 40% - A fruity entry into Finlandia's range of flavoured vodkas, and not even stretching believability too far thanks to the blackcurrant's status as a native Finnish fruit.

5cl / 57.15% / Distillery Bottling - A miniature bottle of Noah's Mill bourbon, made in small batches and aged for 15 years before bottling.

70cl / 40% - Buffalo Trace is a really classy bourbon from the eponymous distillery that has been responsible for some truly outstanding products in recent years. A must-stock for any bar worthy of the name and probably the best all-rounder around twenty quid.
