PILSNER URQUELL 330ml Bottle
Before 1842 beers were dark and cloudy, until their visionary brew-master created the world's first golden beer. This revoljutionary break-through took place in the city of Pilsen, in today's Czech Republic, the town and the beer have given its name to the new style of beer - Pilsner. In its purest sense, the term Pilsner describes an especially hoppy, golden beer brewed in the town of Pilsen. It has been much copied, but never equalled, by all golden colour beers ever since. Pilsner Urquell literally translated means 'Pilsner from the original source', and its intensely rewarding taste remains true to the original brew.
