100cl / 43% - One of a series of special commemorative edition bottlings Jack Daniel's have produced for their legions of fans. This one depicts the Rickyard, where they make their charcoal.
70cl / 57.7% - After a wildly successful debut at Whisky Live Paris in 2011, Redbreast 12yo Cask strength is finally here, boasting a shiny trophy as Whiskey Advocate's Irish Whiskey of the Year. We adored it too. Already a legendary bottling, we don't have much stock of this, so it's MAXIMUM 1 BOTTLE PER CUSTOMER.
70cl / 40% - A limited batch of just 2500 bottles, Danny Boy 15yo is selected from Cooley distillery's finest stock of bourbon matured single malt whiskey. Each decanter comes with a certificate signed by Cooley's Master distiller himself, Noel Sweeney.
70cl / 40% - The superlative Jameson 18yo has long been considered one of the brightest stars of the range. This blend of two potstill whiskies and a single grain is matured in Oloroso sherry casks and finished in bourbon wood for 6 months for a brilliantly complex potstill character.
75cl / 47% - A special limited edition bottling of Jack Daniel's Single Barrel produced in conjunction with Ducks Unlimited, a US Waterfowl conservation charity. It's packaged in a metal tin with a pair of branded glasses, a stopper featuring the Ducks logo and a special Ducks Unlimited neck tag.
75cl / 43% - A special bottling of Jack Daniel's to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the founding of the state of Oregon. This JD has been bottled at the slightly-higher-than-usual strength of 43%.
70cl / 53% - Blended from the Hot Irishman company's three best casks in the cellar, this rare Irish blended whiskey is highly unusual in being bottled at its natural cask strength. Jim Murray described the 2009 bottling of this as 'absolutely brilliant' and gave it 93.5 points in the Whisky Bible 2010, so hopes are high for this expression.
70cl / 40% - A follow-up to the enormously successful Kilbeggan 15yo, which won just about every award going, this small batch long-aged blend has been assembled by Cooley from the very best of their old maturing stock.
75cl / 45% - The classic Maker's Mark topped with a double dipping of red and white wax. One of their many special edition 'waxings' we think this one is in hnour of the Alabama State Prde 2009 National Championship...
75cl / 45% - Another of Maker's Mark's limited edition bottlings, topped with blue over yellow wax. We think this might be in honour of the UCLA's sports teams...

75cl / 45% - Outrageously smooth and sophisticated, elegant bourbon. Only the very finest spirit can withstand ageing for seventeen sweltering Kentucky summers and still retain this level of quality.
300cl / 40% - A double magnum of the world's No.1 American whiskey.
75cl / 43% - A bottle of Hiram Walker's Imperial blended American whiskey, released in the 1970s.
37.5cl / 45% - The Buffalo Trace Single Oak Project is one of the most ambitious releases of whiskey that we've ever seen. 192 different whiskies each made by varying 7 of the elements of the recipe to give a range that shows the effect of each factor: Where in the tree the barrel wood comes from; thickness of wood grain; stave seasoning time; level of char; mash bill; barrel filling proof; and position in the warehouse.
100cl / 40% - A litre bottle of Bourbon De Luxe Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that we think was released sometime in the 1970s.
