This blog began when i first took an interest in wine and beer. After years of consuming these wonderful products i finally decided it was time to learn more about what i was drinking. I had herd alot about tasting lessons and decided to pop down to a local tasting class. Doing this opened my eyes to how wine and beer can play with the sences and taste amazing! After learning how to use my taste properly i decided to leave my old job and work in a fine wine store. This made me passionate about drink and this then led on to food as i believe the two work perfect with each other. I wanted to do a blog to share what i know and what i am still learning about food and drink, if i can inspire people to try new things then i feel asif this blog has been worth while!
