100cl / 40% - A litre bottle of Bourbon De Luxe Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that we think was released sometime in the 1970s.

70cl / 57.7% - After a wildly successful debut at Whisky Live Paris in 2011, Redbreast 12yo Cask strength is finally here, boasting a shiny trophy as Whiskey Advocate's Irish Whiskey of the Year. We adored it too. Already a legendary bottling, we don't have much stock of this, so it's MAXIMUM 1 BOTTLE PER CUSTOMER.

70cl / 40% - An interesting limited edition vodka from Chase, redistilling their Naked Chase apple based vodka with some sharp Bramleys in the still to produce this tangy creation. They recommend trying it with their pressed apple juice for a double hit of appley goodness.

5cl / 40% - A mini bottle of Chopin's excellent rye vodka, distilled and bottled in Poland.

70cl / 14.5% - A special blend of black beer and raisin wine made at St. Aidan's winery on Northumberland's Holy Island of Lindisfarne.

75cl / 43% - A specially selected whiskey from George Dickel, blended from casks chosen each year by the master distiller - hence 'Barrel Select'. It's made in a batch of about 10 casks, each having aged their contents for 10-12 years.
